Waiting for weekends,
Waiting to meet friends,
Watching your parents grow old,
Wishing you could buy gold;
Wanting to pursue hobbies,
Instead, putting Instagram stories.
Always on the lookout for success,
But never cleaning the house mess,
Only Sometimes happy, never content,
Googling ‘how to get through this’;
Waiting for cabs,
Watching YouTube ads,
Yet As a twenty something...
Life ain’t all that bad!
